member. Mileage Plus Standard Award tickets and Mileage Plus Saver Award do not qualify for
this offer. Offer valid with purchase of travel on United®, United Express®, or Ted(sm) carriers
where the point of origin is within the Domestic 50 States with stop-over or final destination in the
state of Colorado (Denver, Colorado Springs, Gunnison, Aspen, Vail/Eagle, Hayden/Steamboat
Springs, Durango, Montrose, Grand Junction). Travel on flights operated by other airlines, such
as United marketed codeshare and Star Alliance flights, does not qualify for this offer. Valid for
flights purchased between October 28, 2005 and February 7, 2006 and for flights completed
between January 3, 2006 and February 10, 2006. Coupon(s) will be sent to consumer at a valid
email address once airline ticket purchase has been verified on united.com. Coupon verification
process will take approximately two business days. By taking advantage of this offer, you give us
permission to send you an email to fulfill the offer. Your email must remain valid through the
verification process. If valid email is not available to United at time of offer fulfillment, no award

Easy Check-in kiosk and Online Boarding pass is not accepted; customer must obtain and
present gate-issued boarding pass stub to qualify.
You must present a valid personalized coupon, government-issued photo identification (minors
without government issued identification must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian), and
qualifying United boarding pass stub at a participating Vail Resorts® in Colorado (Vail®, Beaver
Creek®, Breckenridge®, and Keystone®). Coupon and qualifying United boarding pass stub
must be forfeited at time of redemption. One lift ticket per boarding pass/personalized coupon.
Coupon must be redeemed within seven days of qualifying inbound Colorado flight with the last
qualifying ski date of February 15, 2006. Coupon is only redeemable between January 3, 2006
and February 15, 2006. Lift ticket coupon blackout dates: January 14-15, 2006. Coupon is
nontransferable, nonrefundable, nor redeemable for cash. Coupon will not be accepted if
counterfeited, a reproduction, bartered or sold.
